Andrew sharing the introduction to his series Thursday night. (Click to enlarge)In late March, Andrew held a well-attended Gospel Truth Seminar near the nation's capital in Washington, DC. Andrew taught a series of messages entitled, A New Covenant with a New Commandment. Holding nothing back as he began to share his message, Andrew declared, "Most Christians do not understand the New Covenant." He said that for many people, the only difference they recognize between the Old and New Covenants is the single blank page in the Bible that separates the two. According to Andrew, this lack of understanding leads to a schizophrenic impression of God and of His true nature, and ultimately leads to the wrong doctrine so evident in the church today.

On Friday night Andrew opened the meeting by re-reading Hebrews 8:13, a verse he had read several times throughout the previous sessions. "In our religious system today people will basically embrace the things that Moses said, the things David said, the way they prayed, the way they begged God not to leave them, the way they pleaded for cleansing and things. It is totally different under the New Covenant, and yet the average person does not make a distinction."

As Andrew continued to minister the Good News and freedom of the New Covenant, people began to catch a glimpse of the revelation of how awesome God is, and hearts and lives were transformed and prepared to receive from the Lord. With crowd attendance averaging close to 1000 each session, prayer ministers were in high demand. "We were glad to have 30 partners ready to serve," said one prayer team leader.

Each of the three suffered with physical issues, most prominently scoliosis. Their lives were changed as they received prayer and Jesus healed each one of them. One of the girl's legs visibly grew out, and each girl's twisted spine straightened and came into alignment with the Word of God. At the following session the three girls returned to the minister who had prayed for them and excitedly shared how happy they were now that they did not need to wear their back braces anymore!

During another session, a woman made her way to the front for prayer and her frail appearance caught the attention of several of the prayer ministers. The woman said she came forward because felt like she was dying. She explained that she had been in a car accident five years ago and had been suffering with excruciating pain ever since due to spine and neck injuries. As the ministers prayed the woman fell to the floor under the power of the Holy Spirit. A few moments later, the woman stood to her feet completely healed and pain free.

Andrew Shared the Truth in Washington D.C.

He shared a series called, The True Gospel. He opened Thursday evening's meeting acknowledging that many in attendance would feel let down at the announcement of the topic, but Andrew pressed on and boldly insisted that most people, including the average Christian, do not understand the true Gospel. He jumped right into the word, where he read from the book of Romans:

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth..." (Romans 1:16).

(Click to enlarge)Andrew used this verse to make the point that most Christians do not understand the fullness of the word salvation, and that churches have limited it to mean only the forgiveness of sins. Andrew said, "It is true that sins have already been forgiven and you can reach out and just take it, but salvation isn't limited to the forgiveness of sins." He went on to explain that the Greek word translated salvation in this verse was used over three hundred times in the New Testament, and that it applies to more than the forgiveness of sins, but also to healing and deliverance.

As Andrew continued to share the power of God unto salvation, lives were touched and forever changed. Close to three-hundred people came forward throughout the weekend to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and more than a dozen received Christ for the first time. (Click to enlarge)During each session Andrew revealed more of the true Gospel and the prayer team saw consistent manifestations of God's power flow as they ministered to those who came forward for prayer.

A woman suffering from macular degeneration in both eyes came forward and shared that the symptoms of her affliction made it impossible for her to read. After prayer, she thought she could see clearer. Later, she returned to the prayer minister crying. Her tears were those of joy, and her mouth was full of praise, as she held up a piece of paper—that she could now read.

(Click to enlarge)A man in his early twenties approached a prayer minister and explained that he had been forced to leave college because he was suffering from the torment of his thoughts. He boldly stated that he had come to the conference to be delivered. Knowing her own authority, the minister put her hands on him and said emphatically, "Be Free!" As the young man received the power of God flowing through the minister to him, his whole countenance changed, and he was set free.

These are just two of the many manifestations of God's power that followed Andrew's ministry of The True Gospel in the nation's capital.
